I was in town for work and stopped up the road here for a nice lunch. We were met with wonderful smiling faces, a great atmosphere, and great food! The owners were very friendly and came out to talk to us. The owners husband shared the history of the restaurant and the story behind the unique decor. He described that he usually sees celebrities hanging on the walls of restaurants and to him, local folks were his celebrities. Some pieces of decor had to do with local racers, local musicians and just the general history of Union City. This place reminded me of what it felt like to be recognized in a small town. Overall wonderful place and I highly recommend making a trip!

Made our annual trip to Winchester. We'd eaten over there several years in a row and decided to look around the area. This looked too cool to pass up so we went out of our way to make it over here. What a classic small town local restaurant! Things are just so simple, I love it. The decoration is very fun, it's clean, the outside is well maintained, even the old school bathrooms (outside and at the rear of the building) are clean and maintained. Good food and personable service! Thanks for being a great establishment!

I love a place with old memorabilia everywhere. I ate here one other time like 25 yes ago. So glad we we stopped in today. Our server was an absolute sweetheart. So friendly and helpful. Had the fish and shrimp dinner. The fish is small but very good. And the shrimp were amazing. Before I left I ordered a 6 piece hotwings to take home and OMG they were better than I had hoped. I will definitely be back for more of them. Great job Bouser's!!!

Great place for a chicken dinner. First time here. Neat decor and lots of it. I only took a few picture because of the amount of people. There is a lot more than what is pictured

A unique environment with all the decorations and items hung on the walls. Feels like you are in a small museum. Tried their fried chicken (all dark meat) and loved it. Friendly staff and good food. A must-try place in Union City

I love this restaurant so much. We come to eat with my husband’s grandparents every now and then and I love it every single time. After trying a few different items I just get chicken, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and sweet tea. The fried chicken is some of the best in the area, the prices are great, the menu is perfectly diverse and sized, and the atmosphere is wonderful it’s like what cracker barrel used to be with so much charm and cute decor. My favorite is all of the cow figures! They have blue bell ice cream for dessert which is a 10/10 brand. A fantastic little hole in the wall I’d make the drive for anytime.

This is a quaint little place, just a little off the beaten path. I stopped by on a whim and I am so glad that I did! It's a family owned business that is maintained by the second generation. The food is mostly family recipes that are absolutely delightful. If you like sweet in your pickles eggs and beets, they are most definitely a must try! The owner served me and I felt like I was at home. He is very warm and sincere and the service was prompt and timely. If you are in the area, you can't go wrong with a stop @ the barn.
